“What an awesome contractor!! My husband and I purchased property in Kempner a little over a year ago. The original owner cleared a spot for the home we want to build, but left a lot of heavily wooded land. Fred Smith with Smith Ranch Services came in and cleared up quite a few of the junipers (they suck the water from the land) and opened up the land to so much more! He mulched the trees - instead of burning which we LOVE!
